Wes is not evaluating PTU degrees??

I got an email from Wes with reply as they donot evaluate degree from Punjab Technical University. What is the next step now as they are not responding back to my emails.

Hi,If you are having PTU credentials,Then withdraw application from WES and apply IQAS.It will save your time. WES is not accepting PTU right now.

Can we send the sealed transcripts to IQAS like we have donne for WES or does it have to come from PTU

That's weird. I got mine PTU transcripts evaluated from WES last year. Anyone heard why they are not doing PTU anymore?
