Hey Anshul,
How long did it take for your LMIA to get processed after the application from your company? I don't know where to get an ETA from.
The LMIA application was filed on may 27 and it got accepted in the first week of september. So in all it took about 3 months.

Cheers
Anshul

I had a similar situation.
I created EE profile on 7th June 15 and was said that you are eligible for CEC (I planned to reject ITA if I got one before 15th). I got ITA on 15th June 2016, Applied on 27th June 2016 . I had started my Canadian Experience on 15th June 2015.
I was about to reject the ITA but then decided to go for it. I had completed 1 year on the day I got ITA. It was my first day of second year. My immigration lawyer advised me to go with it. Still little bit scared. I hope my eligibility soon changes to passed. Ordered notes to see whats going on.
My eligibility as per GCMS notes is Recommended Passed on 3rd Sept 2016 (Whew!) Looks like I made the right decision. Has not updated in myCIC yet.

I am afraid officers check the eligibility against the date an ITA was issued. So, if an applicant's credentials don't add up to the minimum cutoff score for the round the ITA was issued, the application would be deemed ineligible, irrespective of the date of submission.
My GCMS notes say Lock-IN Date as the date i submitted the App. Not doubting what you are saying, I am just confused why my Lock-in date is app submission date not ITA date.

I got my PPR day before yesterday. Was in the same situation. Didn't decline ITA but submitted application after completion of 2nd year. My ITA was on Feb 8th and my 2nd work anniversary was on 30th March for which I got points increased in February. I got my letter written from manager from 31st March and submitted application on 1st April. Didn't reject ITA as suggested by some members.

Thanks

"An applicant’s CRS score is automatically recorded in GCMS at the time when
=> At the time of the e-APR, processing officers should compare both CRS scores to determine which of the following scenarios should be applied:
=> Ministerial Instructions related to the CRS may be revised periodically. Applications must be assessed under section A11.2 according to the Ministerial Instructions in force during the round of invitations to which the candidate is invited. In other words, an applicant’s CRS score at the time of the ITA and at the time of application should be calculated based on the Ministerial Instructions in place at the time of the ITA."

Hi everyone, I submitted my express entry profile and received a score of 491. I have 3 years work experience from to different NOC class. When I calculated my score using the CRS calculator, I got 466. Looking at the reseason for the discrepancy, I figured out that with a 3 year work experience in a single NOC class, I'll get 491. However this is not the case. What can I do to ensure that I'm getting the right points. I don't want to have false hopes and then be disappointed if this discrepancy becomes an issue. That ka for the anticipated response.

Considering this as a FSW scenario....
You need minimum 1 yr in the same NOC to qualify for EE...

You get maximum work experience points for 3 yrs of work experience in total... these 3 yrs can be within any NOC as along as they are within the 0, A, B skill types

Please I need your advice. I got my ITA last month with a score of 491. While filling my profile pre-ITA, I added my 1 year 40 hr/wk employment, 2 years 20 hr/week teaching assistant employment (in the US), and ongoing employment of 1 yr 20/week teaching assistant employment (still in the US). I received maximum score for 3 yrs employment and an IELTS score of CLB of 9 and above in all sections. I know this should not be the case as 2 yrs part-time work is not equivalent to 2 yrs full time. If I were to remove the part time working history, I would have a score of 466. The minimum cut-off for the CRS score during my round of invitation is 440. Also, the letter I obtained for this 2 yrs teaching assistant work describes my role, employment period and nature of employment (i.e part time) but not the number of hours. I was told they don not provide number of hours. Please what should I do?

466 is still a good score, so you can be safe and decline the current invitation which gets you back into the pool automatically to be eligible for the next invitation round. Make sure you make the changes and update it accordingly.
As far as the part time word is mentioned you should be OK. I would also suggest if you can get a separate letter from your dept head/professor which includes the number of hours you have worked per week can also supplement your work experience document.

Thank you for sharing this, I am in the same situation and I am kind of hesitant to reject ITA. Do you know if any one got rejected because of this kind of scenario where you get points earlier than should be?

How do you convert part time hours to equivalent full time hours? Is there a link for this? I had a similar situation as @MARYKE4NNY. In my case, I had 2 years full time job (40 hours per week) and after that I've done 4 years part time graduate teaching/research assistantship (20 hours per week). I filled in 3 or more years when I entered the pool in August and I've already received AOR/MEP/BIL and criminality passed. So please how do I make sure I had a minimum of 3 years as at the time of application? Thanks!

Hi, my school gave me the breakdown of the equivalent wprkomg unit. However I haven't submitted my application. I plan to use the letter from the payroll department that only mentions the duration of my employment and the nature of the employment i. E. Part time. I provided in my LOE the number of hours I worked which was 20 hrs/wk in writing. I should think you are fine. You have the minimum 1 yr experience required for eligibility as a FSW. Please keep me posted on your progress. I turn in my application this week. All the best.
