If you’re applying as a permanent resident, it takes about three months to process your results after we get them from the panel physician. After that, if we don’t need any other documents from you, we’ll tell you what to do next.

It says theyll tell you what to do next not pr right away. Next will be BGC

I think if your Applicarion is full. You don't need any further steps, unless, you didn't submit your police certificate and maybe Biometrics. It's really depends on from where you applied from and what is your nationality as requirements are different

Even if you sebt everything they are still gonna do a BGC and sponsorship eligibility until it will be DM
