Hello guys!
I am Brazilian by birth, Canadian by naturalization and I'm currently living in Europe. I am married to an Italian citizen and in order to make my life a bit easier I am considering acquiring the Italian citizenship by marriage, but I wouldn't want to renounce my Canadian one.
I know Brazil, Canada and UK all support dual citizenship, but since this would be my 3rd, I'd like to have your input on this.
- Since my Canadian citizenship happened through naturalization, would it be a problem to acquire another one?
- I read many stories about giving up on other citizenship due to double-taxing. I never had any issues on my Brazilian/Canadian on this matter and I wonder if an European status would impact me in any way.
Thank you all in advance!
