Further medical for Super Visa

Hello all,
I applied for my parent’s super visa a few months ago. My father was granted a visa, but, my mother’s application was rejected by CIC. The reason for the rejection as provided in the email was ‘further medical tests’.

My parents visited the doctor who performed the medical tests for the visa process, enquiring about the reason as to why the application was rejected. He informed us that, he received communication from the CIC regarding further medical tests for my mother. I did not receive any email requesting specific medical tests for my mother.

I don't know how to proceed from here, should I apply for the same visa again or tourist visa. Can anyone help me here, please?

1. Did the panel physician inform you why the additional tests were required? What was the medical concern?

2. If you know the reason for the additional tests then you may want to first have your mom tested for those medical concerns (from another panel physician). Get the all-clear reports. You can then reapply for her super visa.

3. As your mom did not pass the medicals for the super visa, you can expect IRCC to request for medicals to be done even if she applies for a regular TRV/visitor visa

My parents rejected for super visa first time but they passed the medical now second time ircc requesting again medical even first one us valid I don’t know why they requesting or they wanna confirm something again
