Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Whether you can apply or not depends on other factors such as your age, education, language skills, etc. Look at the eligibility requirements of the Federal Skilled Worker program and/or the Canadian Experience Class program.

I am eligible in Federal Skilled worker. What if my current company offers job from there Canada branch, is that counted as Arrange employment in express entry?

Only if your company will issue an LMIA for the job. Else, it will be an inter company transfer.

Just got this from CIC site:

For Express Entry, your employer doesn’t need an LMIA if you:
  1. have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least one year
So will i need an LMIA?

I suppose you are referring to following link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html

if yes, then this particular clause is valid for Work experience in Canada.

But you mentioned you are working in US for that company. So this is not applicable to you.
