Interview was at the CIC - Calgary office.

I have contacted MP office once around june.

Sep 22, 2016 applicant here. Still waiting for the security to be completed.

wondering if I should talk to any professional immigration lawyer to see if they can speed up the processing some how. My file location is PS. everything is completed except the security check. It's showing not started on gcms report. Checked through my local mp and saying the same thing when I personally call cic. Any suggestion guys??

dont waste your money am in same situation as yours i have immigration layers they said they cant do anything and i contacted every minister i could every one said same be patience and wait

i think as per new cic rule u cant have 2 applications simultaneously so u have to withdraw ur nominee pnp but am nt sure there was a big discussion in the forum couple of months back

We can have cz 1 is through pnp and 1 is direct through federal. You cannot apply in federal in 2 different categories at same time which is CEC or FSWP or FTP.

as per gcms and mp my files at edmonton visa office for additional verfication they received my file in may 2week and opened my file in last week of may

i just started getting updates after waiting 20 month's after contacting every one from local mp to immigration minister and pmo office

most frustating thing is people applied in july 2017 got their prs already and end of 2017 applicants got their medical req
