yes if they want to clarify something they sud send adr and then decide whether interview is needed or not but there working style is very diff applicants from july 2017 are waiting for intrvw dates

i received a mail from London visa office that some London based officer is going to come to interview us at abu dhabi office and our file wont be transferred to abu dhabi
i dont know the above info is true or not or is it just to keep us quiet for the time being
