Hi everyone,

I have been waiting for 2 months and they send back application package because of missing Schedule 4.
They made a red cross mark on my Generic Application (IMM 0008), Photos, and Reciept.
Should I make a payment and take a photo again? (My photo was taken on July 21 so it still valid in 6 months)

Hii , anyone waiting from March 2016 ? I m March 23 , 2016 applicant ... got second medical request on aug 15 .. no ppr yet..

Im april 2016 still no news. When they requested your 1st medical request?

Maybe go for writ of mandamus? It is pricey, so it depends how much is at stake for you. But that's the only thing that might work from what I hear.

My MP just informed me that my Eligibility test is passed, Criminality check is passed, Security check is passed. Not sure why there is a delay. Does anybody know what else is left before receiving PPR?

I submitted additional document for court record and fine receipt for DUI this July 24.
I don't have interview even they don't request PPR, CIC said they sent mail for COPR.

AINP SRS
2016 May 27 received
2017 June 4 Medical request
June 24 Medical passed
2017 Dec Police certificate again
2018 July court record and confirmation of fine payment for DUI

MP just gets information from CIC. They cannot influence in the immigration process. All I did is find my local area MP and send him email about my immigration delayed issue. His secretary called me and booked an appointment.
