I and my manager leave the company but I convinced some ex collegue and ex manager so that if call or visit by agent they can positively answer.
OR
I joined New company 01 September 2018 . can i now send them my appointment letter as per my same nominated NOC.

I am sorry but the answer must be YES, because just now, my MyCIC account has been updated and visa details appeard over there, and according to vfs tracking system, our passports have been delivered to the courier, praise to GOD!

In our case it wasn't updated until we recd the passports thats why i replied according to my personal experience probably because we had recd the pp back within a day of dispatching from visa office so it was updated the next day of dispatching

Im from MVO also, we received our PPR thru GCkey, but most of the applicants received it in their email. Check your spam folder. Wait for few days.

I have problem, with mine. Last October 26, my ecas status was changed to DM but up until now, i did not recieve any Passport Request. Im from the Philippines like you and my Visa Office is in CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia instead of MVO

I would say be patient,

I applied within the country for the federal as I did my process with AINP

December 1st 2017, mailed my doc on paper to Sydney Nova Scotia office
Got my medical in May, résults that I passed two weeks later
And I have been waiting same like you since then

I am sure there is nothing wrong with your application we just need to have some patient, I know we have different cases but we might get it at the same time, I would think we will be hearing back by feb March next year!
