How to file the visa?

Hey. I need to know what are the documents required to be submitted for filing the visa. I am from india and i have had so many frauds in the past. I tried applying through so many consultants. But never achieved any result. But finally i have received an offer letter and have paid the fee. Now it’s time to file the visa. Once i applied through idp but my offer didn’t come. Idp people told me that ITR and salary slips are required to be submitted but the agent im currently applying through told me that she doesn’t need any salary slips or ITR. Please someone tell me the right procedure. Also i have paid the fee through a personal loan so do i still need to show the source of the money?
