I have been working officially with a U.S based company as Administrative Assistant (VA) - virtually (not in office) for a year till now. The noc for administrative Assistant is 1241 and looking through it i got some match with the job duties but not all, my question is that does having less duties with matching job title and noc eliminate that job from being counted? and do I have to have same text describing the duties ?
Here is the duties that match what I do, with little changes to match the job exactly:

· Prepare, key in, edit reports and related material in excel sheets.
· Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
· Prepare and attend meetings
· Checking emails and following up regularly according to the needs of the organization.
· Following up with Quality Assurance procedure to maintain accurate data in the system.

I will appreciate some one with knowledge to give me his opinion if that job can count as experience or not?
