I've been working in Dubai for 3 years now and my title on papers is "Sales Associate", however I am a store manager and handling a team for almost 2 years now. Can this experience be counted as skilled as 'Sales Associate' does not fall under skilled category but "store manager/supervisor" does.
I could get a written email from my immediate manager describing my current duties and position.
Will this work?

Designation is XYZ and his roles and responsibilities are co-related to ABC
