Hi forum.

I have to submit documents for ITA. I put in all my company exp in the Work section, now after submitting my profile, its asking for Employment records for all of them. I have 2 Exp letters in the format required by CIC for a major part of my career. Rest are joining and appointment letters etc.

Please help do i need to show all work exp ? Or just for which I have the proper format experience letters.

Also i read that my dependent doesn't need to submit proofs. But system is showing i need to submit papers for his work exp as well.

Please guide.

You have put all your experience in Work section as a result the system is asking you to submit documents to back this work experience... I am not sure if this foreign work exp or Canadian work exp... If it is foreign work experience, you get max points for 3 years work experience(gained in the last 10 yrs) only(Check ADAPTABILITY section in the link at the end of this msg)...
So what can you do for the rest, you can remove them from the Work Exp section and mention it in your personal history section. This way you do not need to provide the letter of reference/supporting documents. Make sure your points are not changing because of this shift.

To support your work experience claim you need to submit a Letter of Reference which is on the company letter head, provides the numbers of hours you have worked per week, your salary, start date & end date(if applicable) for each position and job responsibilities for each position held.

From the link at the end of this msg, you will notice that spouse contributes in 3 ways to your EE application.
1. Language score
2. Education
3. Canadian Work Experience
So any foreign work experience is not required to be mentioned in the work experience section. You can safely move it and mention it in the personal history section

hello. i have one more question. Will i need to provide any LOE because i am removing his data from work history and putting into Personal and this is after getting ITA.

As long as your points are not changing you can moved these jobs to personal history and you do not need to provide any LoE for it

Hi..
Please help me, I have one more query before i submit my ITA application.

i got letter from my org only with the last held designation. I was hired at designation A and then it was changed to Designation B after 4 years (due to internal team mergers).
So the final letter I received has Designation B with R&R of Designation A.

The company is unwilling to give me a reference letter stating designation history. They are saying they gave letters in fixed format only.
I dont have any letter for change in designation as no salary was changed.

I have these documents:
Offer letter, increment letters, 6 mnth salary slips, work exp R&R letter, Service certificate.

What can i do about problem?
1. Attach a LOE stating internal designation change ?
2. Can i attach emails exchanged with HR and other departments with their response on denial of such letter.
3. Do i get a notary from someone in the org mentioning on team mergers
4. Just submit the documents i have
