I have applied for PR in 2016/feb/03 for Canada under private sponsorship program and in 2017 my interview medical and orientation classes have done. But now in 2018 July i have added another child. It will effect my case because my medical is going to expire in Nov 2018. And how long will it take to complete my application because already 32 months have finished

Adding child is effecting the process time.

From where did you apply for?
Did you receive approval to add your child and to do his medical ?

Private sponsorship program is different from protected person !!

I have applied from uganda but my visa office is in tanzania dar es salam and i have received approval for my son just three days before now i m waiting for his medical request. And i dont know when it will come

Yes you are right but under same programs and same sponsor my many friends have gone Canada even within one year after receiving application that is why i was surprise that how it can possible that mine 3 years going to finish and i am still not sure how long i will wait more.

After i did my medical and after 2 weeks i applied for my new son then i received approval after 5 working days and then received his medical request after another 5 working days all of these do on Feb and Mar 18
