I already had my btech eca done from wes. Recently completed post graduate diploma, can someone suggest how can I get ECA for this new diploma done.

You can apply from your existing wes account only. There would be an option something like update your report or something and add your new diploma and follow the same procedure as before. You cannot create a new account.

Login to existing WES account, choose for adding a new education and 100 CAD will be the fee for upgrading your ECA.

Did the same and also made payment for 100CAD. Now the status has changed to 'In Progress' (documents received) but I have not yet submitted the docs.
Is there any discrepancy.

Login to existing WES account, choose for adding a new education and 100 CAD will be the fee for upgrading your ECA.
