Landing in Montreal but destination is Toronto

Good day,

I am looking into landing in Montreal even though my destination is Toronto. I’m trying to visit a family member for a few days and travel down to Toronto by train. I am trying to find out if this can be done or if anyone went through this route. I’ve seen where persons would have landed but was going on to their province the same day.

Do not land in MTL if you don't have CSQ. Land in toronto and take megabus to MTL, and it only takes 30 dollar.

Quebec has its on Immigration Services, so technically its a port of entry. There have been a lot of discussions about this but nobody confirmed what has been done.

Better wait for others to respond.
