I would like to know if my notes say that my spouse info sharing is incomplete/ready to be asssed and it’s says the partner: USA then the Info sharing process is with USA or any other country as well.

Separately, since canada has data sharing mou

with five countries new Zealand, Uk etc. Does these country share data with canada automatically as US does with canada or only when canada suspects something then canada ask any of these countries to share data.

My spouse has never been to USA, or applied for USA.

I got my gcms notes on August 26,2018
File received- November 10, 2017
Stream- PNP SK Paper based inland applicant
Eligibilty- Passed
Criminality Passed
Status changed date June 6, 2018
Medical- Passed on May 28, 2018
Security- Not Started
However paper file location: Ready for Ps since June 11, 2018
All the security pages has a S.21 on top right hand corner.
My question is pretty simple..should i expect a PPR soon cz security is underway since June 11, 2018? Or my security has not been started yet?
I odered another set of notes on August 29..which i will get in few days

My work permit is about to expire in november and my employer is no ready to extend it to closed he told me i will be on implied and can work..but i am really stressed so..if you can guide me that will be good..

I was told by the call agent that my application was approved on 20th however i have not received the ppr and i was once told mail sent then when i called again as I didn't get any mail i was told that no ppr mail sent is this normal???should I do something??

When you say refu PR, are you referring to refugee claim?

AOR 12th August, MEP pass.

I showed my POF 21,504 CAD for 2 person on AOR day but there are one transcation of 3800 CAD without any explanation of its source or proof.

Should I need to bother about this? can I raise CSE to explain this after one and half month of application?

while verification , do we must need to maintain the same balance as we shown into the statement?

Kindly help me with this.

If you have already filed your application, no need to worry about it unless specifically asked by IRCC.

YEs, until your application is approved you should have the funds available with you. If you would like to invest them you can, but they should be in an investment which can be readily liquidated.

@legalfalcon Hey!! Would you be able to help me with my gcms notes!! It said review required for POF as the funds were not enough due to currency fluctuations. So, I raised a CSE with updated funds. Then, I called the VO which is Ottawa, and they suggested to raise a CSE again as they could not see any new additional documents, hence, I raised a CSE again, to which i haven't recieved a response. I ordered gcms notes on 17 july. Do you think I should order them?? I raised the second CSE last week.
My AOR is 15 April. It's been 5 months and I haven't got any update from IRCC.

You will need a new set of GCMS notes if you want to see whether the officer is convinced with your PoF and whether your documents have been evaluated and added to the file.

But you should give at least 3-4 weeks before expecting the documents to be added to the file.

@legalfalcon My AOR is Jan 2018. It’s been 8 months and no activity on my file which is in NDVO. Info sharing according to the most recent notes still says in progress which is very strange. I have not heard of a situation that it takes so long for info sharing. I did have a US student visa refusal in 2002 which i have declared.
Eligibility not started and security not started. Is there something wrong with my file?

I don't see anything wrong, its just that your file may be stuck at info sharing stage, and because of that it is not moving forward. Have you sent an email to NDVO to enquire?

I got an affidavit from my father explaining the whole thing and submitted via CSE.
Have a doubt regarding how do we get to know the submitted document has been attached to my application

Yes @legalfalcon. I have sent emails/raised CSE's but to no avail. I get a standard response that it is under process. It has been 8 months since AOR. And i have review required for settlement funds. Do review required people remain stuck like this especially at NDVO?

Is there anything different that I should do?

We did our upfront medicals for our entire family. Me , my spouse and two kids. In the medicals document it is stated for me and my spouse as Non EDE Worker. but for our kids it states Non EDE student. Can anyone please let me know if Non EDE student is correct for kids medicals.if not what should it state on the medical form.

My sister and I have both applied under express entry and her application has already been picked up and is in processing. My score is 437 right now, short by 4 points of crs cut off.

If my sister gets her passport request, can I update my file with her new status. Will I get 15 more points for siblings PR then? Or do I have to wait till she gets her PR card? If I can update her PR only with her Passport request, it will speed up my application.

Please let me know if I can do that and I truly appreciate your help! Thank you so much for helping

Your sister will become a PR only after she lands. She doesn't have to wait until she receives her PR card, but has to land in Canada and be admitted to get the PR status. Before that you cannot claim points.

Even after that she will have to provide you with the address proof and residency proof in Canada

I recieved PPR Request on 18 Sep 2018. I submitted passports and pictures on 19th Sept. Its shows under processing on vfs tracking. The status in CIC portal says it's still pending plus egligability is under review so is background check under review. What stage is my application on. PPR request came as email in my personal account no message on cic. What is situation of my application what should I do. If I submit how long is ndvo taking to process. since I am travelling to Sri Lanka in next 25 days

Your MyCIC status will remain the same until the visa and CoPr is generated. So no need to worry. Its takes 3-6 weeks/

No, there is always movement, but NDVO is painfully slow. When did you get your last GCMS?
