Hello my wife has a non accompanying dependant. They are about to go for medicals and they both have to present their ID but her dependent does not have one of her middle name on the ID. Is it going to creat a problem with the Visa office if they say that the name on file is not the full name they have on Id

My second question is we noticed a mistake on the year of birth of my wife dependant on the medical request form. the date and month are correct just that the year is up by one year. will it creat a problem with them if we try to send them the correct birth certificate.
