No one here is going to take action. First of all, none of us work for the government - we are normal people like you. Secondly, these scammers aren't even in Canada.

It's up to job seekers to do their due diligence to ensure the job offer is real. And as other have said many many times before, if it seems too good to be true - then it probably is. It's next to impossible to get a real job offer in Canada. Any job offer that looks easy is a scam.

You might be subjected to ORAL INTERVIEW via mobile phone as soon as possible if deemed necessary, to ascertain your ability on the required services by your employer.

Must be great getting a job without the certainty of doing any interview for it. Are you posting here to find out if it's fake, or posting for other people to see another example of a fake job offer?

I was just receive a letter from unknown "Isabela Grant" said subject opportunity in Marriott Hotel Toronto Canada no 901 Dixon Road Ontario M9W 1J. Therefore i send them my CV and reply back that they accept me as there new waitress ($5500)and for further information i have to send them a scan copy of my documents such as passport and a residency country. Honestly, i have send it already to them. Then now they told me to forward the letter of appointment and the employment form to the canada immigration via email cic.immigrationbureaucanada@consultant.com for the further processing of my VISA AUTHORIZATION CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE and they put a person to contact.

This is a well known scam pretending to be from the Marriott. Unfortunately for you, you should not have sent them anything. They now have your passport details and you are in danger of being a victim of identity fraud.. DO NOT send them any money or more documents as it is a scam. If you could post the original offer you were sent (excluding personal details), to help fellow posters, that would be great. The wages are far to high for a waitress job. That is generally a minimum wage job.

Also, DO NOT sent anything to the CIC. As it is a scam, you may get banned for misrepresentation which carries a 5 year ban.

What’s done is done and general advice is if looks too good to be true then it is.as in this case where you really should ask yourself whether there really are no waitresses available in Canada that a company would need to go to the trouble of hiring internationally.

There is a way to report scams but not that useful from outside Canada which is possibly where most of these scams are executed from. So outside of Canadian juristriction.

This email address isn't an IRCC email address.

This is very clearly a scam. Don't send them any further info.

There's really no one to report them to. They almost certainly aren't even located in Canada.

You should assume all job offers like this are fake. It is next to impossible to secure a genuine job offer in Canada.

I have been offered a job offer and invitation letter from marriott hotel torono, ontario as a cleaner and they have sent me anything realated the job. so the airportimmigration asked me to provide AUTHORISATION LETTER so that they can be able to process my visa. It's more than likely going to be a scam. Email address looks fake for a start. Post the job offer removing you personal details if you want further confirmation. Hotel jobs offers are a well known scam.

And, it probably should be SherAton (that is a real hotel but with many scams too), not Sherton.
