I plan to get the sealed envelop from the university, put this envelop in another packet and then send it to WES. I understand the seal and signature on the back side of the envelop. What about the front side?

QUESTION: Does the front side have to be blank / WES address / my address? Is any of that fine?

If you are putting in a bigger envelope, mention WES address at front. that's it.

For packet inside the big envelope also write the WES reference number at a minimum. I had written wes address and my address as well.
