The brother of my partner is planning to sponsor him to go to Canada. His brother is not a Canadian citizen yet but recently got his permanent residency approved. My partner is separated to his wife. They are married in the Philippines and has one child. They have been separated for almost 6 years. His brother told him that it would be faster and cheaper for them to be annulled in Canada. His brother wanted to get him and his ex wife along with the daughter. Is it true that their marriage will be annulled in Canada even though they got married in the Philippines? Please advised.

Chances are high your partner cannot be sponsored by his brother.
For the brother to sponsor your partner, the brother would have to be single (no spouse or common law partner), have no children, both parents would have to be deceased and he would have to have no other family members in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle. Does the brother meet ALL of these requirements?
His brother is single but has two children in the philippines. Not married. My partner is married but separated with his wife for 6 years. What his brother told him to encourage him go to canada is that his marriage will be annulled faster if he and his ex wife will go to canada together. We are quite confused about it because they got married in the philippines not in canada. Is it true that they will get annulled if the two of them go to canada?
Then I don't know how his brother can sponsor your partner.
He has 2 living children, if he wants, to be sponsored.
Then this isn't family sponsorship. You may try other part of the forum for skilled worker... etc.
Agreed with the above it's not possible for your partner to be sponsored by his brother. If your partner wishes to immigrate, then he will have to qualify on his own. IF you and your partner have been living together for at least 1 year then your parnter will include you as a common law partner in the application and mention that he is separated from his ex wife.
