Exceeded processing time Singapore 2018

Hello guys! Should I submit an enquiry already or wait? My leave at work is next week and still have no update. I submitted my application online Sept 6, I was expecting it since Sept 18, within the processing time in Singapore which is 12 days. This is my 2nd try for visit visa. I received the decision on my 1st try for only 7 days. I truly appreciate your help. @scylla @bellaluna @Bryanna

The 12 days is an estimate only. Processing can take anywhere from a few days to several months. There's really no point submitting an inquiry - it won't speed up processing. All you can really do is wait.
