Hey everybody! So here's the question - I am a Canadian Citizen, my common law partner is applying for the FSW program and when I was adding my details it asked if I have any family members who are Canadians living in Canada.

I do have a few but it would be hard for me to get the documents to prove our relationship so here are my questions:

1. Do I have to do declare them or can I answer no?
2. How many points will they earn my boyfriend? (one is a sister, one is an aunt, another a grandmother if that matters)
3. Without a birth certificate showing my parents' names is there any way for me to prove my relationship to any of the 3 parties I mentioned above?

Thanks in advance!

Since you are a Canadian citizen, your boyfriend will get zero points for the family you have in Canada. He would only get points if you were applying for PR along with him and were accompanying in his PR application.
