Invitation completely depends on Ontario. Nobody knows whether you will get it or not but you are eligible since Ontario has got rid of minimum crs score. The minimum crs score will now be at the discretion of the director.

Let's say if your noc is in demand then Ontario might invite you. Last year they invited ICT nominations to profiles less than 400 crs. There are multiple factors when it comes to who gets nomination according to Ontario.

At the moment they are only sending nominations to French speakers/job offer. For the rest it's a guessing game
