Hello,

Please hep me with this scenario.

I have a job offer from Canada. But it is not LMIA certified. My employer did not want to apply for LMIA.
Do you suggest me to include that in express entry application. Would there be any positive.negative difference if i include. Please respond asap.

How did you receive a job offer?

Don't include it. It's not considered a valid job offer if it has no LMIA, so it's irrelevant for Express Entry.

You have to have a LMIA from ESDC. If you could tell what your Company's name (like parent company), I can do some online research about getting a LMIA.
