Employment reference letter

a) Do I need letter of explanation if I get my "employment reference letter" from immediate manager rather than HR. As per ircc website
"
a reference or experience letter from the employer, which

• should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),"

My manager was my immediate supervisor. Do I need letter of explanation?

b) What documents, other than reference letter, is required to proof work experience?

c) What if my manager, who signed the letter for me, leaves the firm soon after signing the document. ? Will it effect document signed by him.

a)No need for LOE. Reference letter from immediate manager/supervisor is exactly what they're looking for.
b)Reference letter is technically the only one needed, but you can add first few and last paystubs and/or contract
c)Not a problem, as long as he remains reachable in case they want to get in touch with him/her.
