Work permit and eAPR file

Hi Experts,
Just ask on behalf of my friend
he is really worried and dilemma while he is filling e APR now.
He applied for workpermit out side canada 1 year ago. in the section employment ,He declared some jobs that He can prove with reference ( he forgot to list out part time job). But now He got ITA and in the Personal history on e APR, Can he add his part time jobs in it?. Will it raise red flag? or dismissable because he did not list out 1 year ago. Workpermit and eAPR are different. Really need some advises. Thanks your

Well, the first application is outside canada so I don't see y that should be a problem.
He won't have a problem by listing par time jobs in personal details so as not to create a gap in his history. However, if he decide not to list the partime job, he can fill unemployed in the space. That isn't a problem as long as he doesn't contradict himself on other documents such as CV n during interview if required

if he list out part time. do you think that the cic will compare his file from work permit (Employment Section) and his new file for e APR (Personal History). Ex: he had job 1: 2009 to 2011. job 2: from 2013 to 2014. and part time 2011 to 2012 ( about 6 months in restaurant) but he only list out job 1,2 when he filled Workpermit form, skip part time job. and now he also want to list out the part time job in personal history. Do you think it is still ok?

The part time job is not a relevant job so it should be in personal history n not work history. My question is, is it a work permit in Canada or another country?

part time job was in france, just few month. he got payslip for that job as waiter. The work permit in canada. when he applied to work permit, he did not list it

In my opinion, that work experience is for a short while and you are not earning points on it so you can mention it or leave it out n fill unemployed in the gap. I dont think it will affect your application but please seek second opinion
