Guys,

I am in dilemma whether I should get PCC for all the countries where I stayed for more than six months in total but not in a row. My PR application was rejected earlier due to non-submission of PCC for spouse for a country where she did not stay in a row but we were on Work permit in that country.

My case is -- I worked for a company in India where I had to frequently travel to client site on short business trip to different countries for project meetings , customer training etc. so I have four countries excluding my home country for which I traveled more than six months in total (not in a stint). Countries are (Russia, Papua New Guinea , Fiji, Republic of Congo). Process for obtaining PCC for PNG and Russia takes more than two months so I am not sure whether I should try for those and I have already got Congo PCC

CIC website seems to have updated instructions now regarding PCC and have removed "in a row" part from instruction set which means I have no choice than getting a PCC for all countries now ?

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have spent six or more months since the age of 18. For example:

if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.
=====

Any idea , what should i do.

You are correct, you need PCC from all those countries. The stay doesn't have to be in a row, as long as it's 6 months in total, you need PCC. I suggest you start the process for the other countries as soon as you can.

Good luck!

But if you already have a ITA, does PNP expiration matter. I do not know though. But adding a LOE will work, with evidences of requests made for the PCCs and politely asking that you will upload as soon as you receive them.

right i can do either way . as soon as i get ITA , attach LOE and submit PR application.

but i was thinking , let me gather all documents this time and then only submit PR app other wise if it will be rejected this time then i wont have nomination so i am not in a position to take risk again.

You want to be sure it is ok for it to expire before you submit eAPR. I know most things are locked from the date of submission of eAPR. So if it expires before you submit, they may say your points are lost since you didn't submit when you had those points. You won't want to take that risk, I am no expert though, just thinking aloud. Please do your research and call CIC to ask.
Good luck!

Just want to add one more observation here --> I had nomination transferred to my new EE profile yesterday only and logically we get 30 days to accept/reject nomination however in my case , it was mentioned to accept/decline before 19th June 2016 so I was not given 30 days instead 1 day earlier to nomination expiry

However I don't know how IRCC will treat this so will better call them and ask..

Thank anyways for your response and suggestion
