Hello

I received my WES report based on only my Masters in USA and I am planning to upload my USA Masters transcript and Degree certificates. Do I need to upload my Bachelor's educational certificate also for e-APR? I didn't get any WES report for those. My bachelor's is from India 12 years ago.

You need to upload only if you have mentioned your UG degree in your profile. I had entered my under-graduate as well in addition to my Masters and had entered the WES report for both.

I am guessing you had entered it in your profile without getting a WES report. Unfortunately I think this is a requirement. Try removing it from your profile and if points are not a concern then that would be the best option in my opinion.

No I didn't enter during EE creation. I only eneterd masters from USA

Then that it is cool. You needn’t worry and don’t have to enter also.

You only need to submit documentation for things you are claiming points for.

Only upload degree for which you are claiming points in education section, and for which you had your ECA done.
All other degrees/diplomas, they go in personal history.

Do I need to upload original transcripts from the university? I have the transcript on which it says issued to student. Will that be okay to upload.

Just the degree alone will do.
