CRS score ITA invite

Hi I have 435 CRS score and my profile was created on 6th September 2018, below are my queries
• Currently the Cut off is lingering at 440 ish. Is it possible for the points to drop under 435 by December 2018?
• what are the chances to get an ITA by the end of the year for 435 ?
• Is 435 good enough? I have got S8 L8 R7 W7.5 in IELTS. Should I wait for the score to drop or should I re write to get better IELTS scores ?
• I have a sibling working in Torronto but she can only get her PR by May 2019, she has work permit and working in Canada with her work permit(without PR) can my CRS score increase ?

Hoping to get to Cananda by year end. Please advise on my options. Thanks!

I'm assuming you already have full points for education/ECA...

Considering there are in excess of 9000 applicants in the 431-440 range, i find it unlikely, as they seem to send approx. the same number of ITAs. If it drops, it will probably be around 439-440. Just an assumption based on pool distribution.

Check CRS tool and see how many points you can gain by scoring better on the IELTS. You are on CLB9 for Listening & Reading. You can gain more points with CLB 10 in all sections. That would give you I think 6 more points, taking you on 441 just with languages (everything else remaining the same, like age, etc...) Check Language skills section here:

WIth these score, you'll even gain some more points for "Skills Transferability" for excellent language proficiency.

No. Sibling has to be either PR or Citizen unfortuantely.

Conclusion, you can gain 6 more points with CLB 10 in all sections. Added with a few more language proficiency points in "Skills Transferabilty", you should be above cut-off, assuming everything else remains the same that is...
