Applying PR from work permit

Hi All,

I have created expess entry profile on my wife’s name and updated educational information and IELTS score 2 months back. Added my name as secondary. We got the total score was 384. Later I got the job offer in Canada and my employer processed the work permit for me. Recently we moved to Canada. Can I update job offer in my wife’s profile to get the PR?. Or any other process has to be followed to obtain the PR. Please share your views.

if u have work permit... u should be primary applicant... to get those 50 extra points...

yes sir.... you become the primary applicant... and u know wat it will save u Proof of funds as well... hehehe.. work permit do not require to show that

no problem... secret even I did same ... moved to canada on work permit and then applied . boom done

Ok. To creating profile on my name. I do not have WES evaluation but my wife has. Why dont we use my wife profile itself and update my offer. I am already a dependent on her profile.

dependent work permit does not matter... all matters is primary applicant... u need to be primary applicant to use ur work permit...

if u have work permit... u should be primary applicant... to get those 50 extra points...

50 points are with LMIA only. Without that, there are no points.
