I am FSW O applicant from India. At the time of AOR value of POf was 19700 CAD against min req of 19093 CAD. Now with fluctuations in INR CAD rates it is below the requirement.
My question is do they consider AOR rates which is mentioned in bank bank letter or the fluctuations as well. Kindly help.

my file turned 1 year can they start my security before my interview ?
and in my notes 1 which is written by London for eligibility there are 2 lines hidden rest all details is visible only 2 lines are hidden and on top s.16(1)C is written so if i order CBSA notes will i able to view those 2 hidden lines ??

no dear i m getting repeated replies from london visa office raised cse to abu dhabi few days back got reply today from london visa office today they did not even bother to read my mail i asked something else and there reply was very different to what i am asking they just copying and pasting replies
i got copy paste reply of a july mail sent by lvo
The bad and worst part is still my file is with lvo they are not transferring to abu dhabi visa office
i hope they are not planning to take interview once in a year

yes i really pray we get dates soon
really frustrated of this long wait you also try keep pushing them otherwise they are not even bothered to look at our file even though we complete one year

I am trying my best, ordering notes every month(another expense)
Sending emails.
So many people are waiting to hear from them

I have applied for PR through FSW-O. After reading the forum, I realized I might have missed some documents for Proof of funds.

I have a large deposit of 20000 CAD from my father 10-15 days before submitting the application. And in my LOE, I mentioned I save my funds with my father and I received them back. I have been working for past 10 years and there are savings held by them in cash. My annual earnings is around 40000 CAD but I dont generally retain them in my bank account. So the average balance is just around 2000 CAD for the six month period. I cleared my medicals and now in a doubt whether I need to provide any supporting documents for the funds or based on my salary it can be understood that I have enough earnings to have that kind of savings

AOR is 15th Aug 2018

Please help me in addressing this issue

The reason why IRCC asks for the 6 months average balance is to ensure that the PoF you are showing is not borrowed and you have all rights to use that money. The 6 months average by itself is sufficient to show this intent. However, if you do not meet the 6 months average balance, you will need to explain how the funds came into your possession. If they came from a source, then attach the documents for it. If you received them from your parents, a gift deed, or an inter vivos transfer document will be required. If you did not provide it with your application, you can send it now via CSE.

If you request CBSA, then most of the retracted information will be present in them.

Thanks and I moved to IP2 yesterday (AOR 26th May, IP1 since 6th June).

Does it mean my eligibility is passed (a day before yesterday it was Met)?

Does employer verification happens during IP2? Is it a part of background check?

When should i expect PPR?

There is no IP or IP2. These are merely your MyCIC status and it will stay the same for eligibility until you receive your CoPR.

If you want to know what is happening with your application, request GCMS notes.

I am a May'18 FSW inland applicant. I received my GCMS notes yesterday and Case Analyst has marked in Eligibility as Review required. It mentions that 'CRS score has fallen below minimum for round: PA has lost 5 CRS points due to change in age since ITA. No longer meets the minimum requirement for round'
I read that there is exemption for change in age post ITA, but is there anything to be worried about?

If you fall within this, no need to be worried. The analyst has written review required, because only officers can apply this policy and grant you the exemption.

I do have a couple other questions.

1. While creating EE I updated my husbands work history. However its difficult to get experience letter from his previous employer. I read on other posts where it mentioned that its ok to move spouse work history in personal history section but mention that in LOE. Question: CAn you please help me and let me know what should I mention in the LOE like the exact wording. Should I just state that not able to get reference letter hence moving to personal history and also not gaining any points for spouse history as it is outside of Canada experience?

2. While created EE I updated my work experience from Oct 2006 till Feb 2014 only and in personal history, I am updating as follows

Oct 2006 - Feb 2014 - Work experience
March 2014 - December 2015 - Homemaker
December 2015 - present - Work ( basically my husband's company and I am a 25 % shareholder and I worked a little bit and I did get paid)

Do I have to mention anything in LOE for my personal history update of December 2015 - present? I am not gaining any points for that since I am updating in personal history and I also didn't mention this when I was creating my EE entry. Just wanted to be sure if I need to explain anything in LOE for this. Will they ask why I haven't explained anything for my present work.
