After exactly 3 nerve-wrecking weeks since the "supposedly" approval of my application, I finally received my landing interview appointment. It's going to happen October 9 at CIC-Vancouver (1148 Hornby Street)I will post a topic about my experiences afterwards
My application process definitely was a quick one and I knew all would come to a good end, but it's great to finally have the official confirmation. I have been living and working in Canada since April 2017. I have an awesome partner, great job and dope apartment here - but as my worker status was going to expire in March, the main stress for me was based on losing all these things I already had.... well, thanks to everyone for keeping me spirit up and such during the last few months
Nothing special about the appointment I suppose: just bring my passport, two photographs, current + expired work permits and RPRF proof. Just for clarity sake in case anyone wonders, the address they send this e-mail from is WST-LandingEnquiries@cic.gc.ca

your notes look pretty good mate... nno flags so far... it should hopefully be a good sail through.... I am not sure what the last sentence means - Review Required - Pending outstanding PC!!
You will need to order GCMS noted by third parties if you are outside Canada!! for this you can use third party websites such as getgcms or gcmsbuddy... both are good and trusted websites. you will need the basic version - which is the first option...
Signed consent form is your approval to the third party provider to have access to your information as they will be receiving the GCMS notes for you. This will have nothing to do with the agent!
could probably be that.. may be the initial checks got completed and further details will be checked via security clearance..
So I hope I am in a better place. But still worried about the eligibility status which is still in recommended pass and not passed..!!
You are surely are in a better place! Coming over to "recommended pass" itself is a great feat. On the eligibility side the VO will check these comments and pass you.
If u live outside Canada then u cannot apply for gcms directly from IRCC.. U hav to apply from getgcms or gcmsbuddy and they will request it on your behalf..So when u register for gcms from any of these third party u hav to sign a one time consent form for gcms request allowing them to apply and collect on ur behalf..
Just checked IMMitracker, July AOR got 60 PPr where as June AOR is still 83...they bypass June applicant???lol
I will go to coma if there is any PPR from last week draw..!!
Ha ha ha. Not quite but there are few on August that got PPR in less than a month. But that is true even for June applicants also. I guess one day may be we will know why some applications gather dust and not get touched and some sail through. Or may be there is no reason and it is random chance.
