Usually if you had received your AOR by email ~ test and oath invite would follow the same route, i.e. by email.

I receive everything by mail and i did not provide Electronic Email... Now, i heard today we could have Canada Post strike next Wednesday 26/9/2018... My question should i phone CIC and provide electronic email address ? or just wait until Wednesday and see if there will be strike or not?

Don't wait..call them immediately especially if you passed four months after the test as this seems to be the usual time between test and ceremony
