I hope u r also planning to apply PR for ur wife too..ur wife can come later before the deadline to entry in canada

you can but it will take a lot longer (more than a year) than adding her now itself.

I would suggest to file ur wife's pr along with u...

I have decided to move alone.. further I VL add my family after settlement..but PL answer one more query..is there need of ilets for my wife? If I add her later or I could directly call her there based on some otherways?

No Requirment of Wife regading IELTS.

Caution: If you choose to be non-accompanying spouse, it may take more that year alt east to sponsor your wife. You can sponsor only once you spend an year.

Best is to apply all at once and choose to travel alone first and get your wife and kids travel once for a week or so to do formalities done.
