Do you know someone in Canada who can order it for you?Any one know the good service provider of GCMS report I would like to apply from India I had my two trv refusals.

IMO (and like I had mentioned a year ago), I believe you were refused because you probably did not present your application/circumstances well. I don't think GCMS notes may reveal anything unusual. You may want to re-evaluate your application as a complete package (unemotionally, factually, from a visa officer's perspective) instead

Thanks for your help but I am in India. As per my knowledge GCMS report application can be made by Canadian citizen or resident.
