What is the difference between those questions?

And say I have 1 year work experience that I just completed working for Canadian employer, while being in Canada.

Do I answer "YES" for both questions?

7) Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?

It's not the same as PNP, is it?

If you worked one year in canada but 5 year total including not canada
You answer one year for the first and five for the second
