FOR ECA, they have requested my husband MBA certificate to be attested by University. When we submitted it was attested by the College.
1st year Mark Sheet was issued by the College and 2nd Year by Gujarat University.
However, second year mark sheet have the Total grade of 1st year mentioned.

But the Gujarat University will only attest the second year mark sheet.

How can I get the University to attest both the mark sheet?

Instruction from WES : Please ask your university to issue and attest your university mark sheets and send to WES in a sealed envelope that is stamped or signed on the back flap by the appropriate official.

YES, we send the attested by college however they didn't accept. They want to be attested from University.
However, 1st year Mark Sheet was issued by the College which Gujarat University will not Attest .

Hi,

Gujarat University having two format of transcripts.
1. Attestation format - No need to visit college
2. Transcripts format - Need to visit college and later university.

If you are studied college is an autonomous then only your college will have authority to issue transcripts only for your mark memos, or else you need to approach Gujarat university to get transcripts in a sealed envelope then only WES Canada will accept your transcripts.

Hi.. Were you able to sort this out. My case is also same. I have BE and MBA from Guj Uni but first year marksheet for MBA will be from College and even transcript can be from College only.So i am confused what to do.
