have you received any msg from embassy?. have your checked your status on cic website?
i have also applied through offline. plz go on cic website and link your application first. then you will check you status.
i have applied so many times but unable to link it .. i dont know why ...

I applied for study permit in june 2018 but until now i haven’t received yet any message from visa high comission my status on the decision final is: your application is in progress what can i do ? Is there Anybody has the same case as me?
