I have Professional Graduate Certificate(16 Credits) from HES. how much points I will get in canada pr. I don't have 3 year bachelor degree.

What is the full name of Professional Graduate Certificate that you did? Which University or Institute? What was the duration?

Online Certificate means : Edx Microsoft Master program from Columbia University(https://www.edx.org/micromasters/business-analytics) or microsoft certification.
Or
If I give exam of Diploma in Information Technology from Amity University (https://www.amityonline.com/amityonline/diploma/diploma-in-information-technology), this program is for 6 months. is this will increase the points?
