Ups mailbox to recieve card

Does anyone know if there is an alternative to Safe homestay? I called them today and they said they are all booked. I'm looking for a place for short term stay with mail forwarding service.
- If I can't find anything, I will have to rent a UPS mailbox which has its own risks, I guess.

I read it takes around 60 days to get PR card mailed to you. Is this period from the date you apply for the card(landing day) or after you provide them an address which I plan to update later?

My card was mailed within 60 days of my landing in Canada. The address to which it was sent was updated 26 days after my landing. The above I came to know by calling CIC.
Though it is a different story that I have not received it still.

IRCC and CBSA does not accept commercial addresses or P.O boxes.
