Unfortunately, my wife and I are part of this club being in waiting since IP on March 5th, 2018 - Not sure what to do. Any thoughts/suggestions:

when you submit your request, the acknowledgement email should clearly state the process would take about 30 days

Personal experiences generally are that it does take 3 to 4 weeks.

It takes at least 30 days. Most time, it arrived on the 30th day, but some time it takes longer. The longest wait I had was 6 weeks.

For me it's been almost exactly 30 days, occasionally +/- 1 day. Just got mine I requested 30 days ago, and it's exactly the same as the one from 60 days ago...

My experience is actually opposite... It was no more than 30 days for me and I got one within 26-27 days.
