Diploma/Degree certificate

Hi,
I have received an Invitation to apply for Canadian PR and I am trying to upload my documents.My question is I hold my bachelors degree in IT(4 Years),so do i need to upload each semester marksheets(6 Semesters) or one consolidated marksheet would suffice? Please let me know.

Make one PDF of all semester marksheets and Degree followed by WES. and upload.
