It might not be a problem to wait for few months even if there is possibility that the CIC draw score will come below 336. It would be better to wait now rather than stay at NS for long time. I don't know what is the law with provincial nomination. If it is like that i have to stay in the province for 1/2 years or till getting the PR than its better to wait now.

Do you know what is the rules with provincial nomination ?

I have read different views on this.. Did you sign or agree to any document named "Intend to Live".. If yes there might be some clause in that where you agree that you will be in that province for a certain amount of time..It could vary from 2-3 yrs..(I have tried searching but could not find anything specifically for this..probably you will have to check the documents that you submitted/agreed)

I have a doubt. Hope it will be clarified. My CRS score is 469. I got OINP (Ontario Immigration Nominee Program) last week. I was preparing the docs for the same. Few days back, I got ITA (Invitation to apply) under the FSW (Federal Skilled Workers). My doubt is shall I have to accept OINP now?

Are you kidding? There is no reason for you to go for OOPNP and spend your time and 1500$. Apply immediately for PR.

If your CRS is really 468, you are definitely going to get an ITA in the next draw (19th September), so why are you considering OINP?

My score is actually 469 to be accurate.
My concern is to know if there is any advantage accepting a PNP nomination. Or it is always better to go for EE when sure to receive an invitation?
Is the PNP processing time faster than EE?
Do I have to go through another serie of procedure for PNP?

Sure, If you have $1500 that you'll like to spend for PNP without needing to, then go ahead.
IMO you don't need PNP. PNP is usually for people with CRS scores below the EE cut-off
