On August 9, they received a request for medical. On August 16, we did a medical exam. The MP Office informed us that we had passed the security check and after the medical IRCC will make the final decision. We are waiting again! I hope that everything will be done soon.

We got PPR, 7 days after we passed a medical exam.( 35 months in PR process) Good luck to everyone and all the best!

(I also have a grade 11 boy stressing, hoping and praying that all will be in place before he needs to go to university)

Thank you, it's finally over. My daughter was late for the September semester, but the university moved her application for January. We have lost a lot of time, opportunities and health waiting. Finally we are free!

Hi, can we travel home without a PR card? We have valid entry visas in the passport. Or should we have a PR card for returning to Canada? I want to go home!!! I can not wait any longer !!

Congratulations on the completion of your journey of wait.
So what I understand from your question is you have completed your PR landing alreadyand now without waiting for your PR cards you want to visit your home country.
You can definitely travel out of Canada without the PR Card but once you are a PR holder you need your PR Card to reenter the country. The visa that you are talking about is for one time use to land as a PR after that it is void infact all the visas after you become a PR become void and all you need to travel back to Canada is your PR Card.

You can enter Canada without a PR cacarand with the help of your COPR if you are travelling by road from US to Canada in a personal car.

U will get ppr soon, you are lucky at least you got rply from them. They didnt send anything from last one nd half years. Good luck

I hope so too..both me and my spouse got request for medical in one day and both of us have medical by mon latest. I hope and pray by dec we hear good news we have been waiting 3 years to be re united! Pls share ur timeline

I got medical request for me and my husband too, requested for schedule A for both and rcmp fingerprinting. I hope we will get ppr soon
