ECA - evaluation of credentials - India Education

Is there an organization that does ECA for Canadian immigration without the transacripts being directly sent to them.
I have original copies of all my education - which was completed in India but am unable to get official transcripts from the university in the short span of time.
I was wondering if there are organizations that will do the ECA's with my original marksheets and not be needing official transcripts sent to them from univeristy.

dont think so otherwise anyone can send fraudulent transcripts.

transcripts is a loosely thrown around word. You can get your ECA done by barely sending your marksheet and passing certificate copies but they have to be attested and in a sealed signed envelope.
