Visitor extension within canada

I have applied for visitor visa extension for my mother in May 2018 who is here already on super visa since last 2 years .i sent my application to vigreville ,Alberta , now that office is moved to Edmonton... I am worried if they received my file or not ? There is no any contact information for them . Does anyone knows when vigreville office moved to Edmonton? Please help !!!!!

Canada Post (or the courier company) would have re-directed the package if it was sent at the time of the move.
