immigration history and citizenship

Hello friends,

when i fill up the Permanent Residence application, in the immigration history and citizenship column of my spouse and baby, they are asking for UCI number. In my section there is a question like 'Has JYOLSNA ANAND applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?'. SO when I say no, no further questions are asked.
But in my husbands and kids column, this question is not there, instead asking for UCI. What shall I do. Leave that space blank or write 'Not applicable'.
