Did not log one travel in travel history

Hello,

Yesterday, I have submitted my PR application and paid the processing fees. Last year in November I took an emergency travel from USA to India and came back to USA. In the travel history section, I did not log the travel, as it completely slipped out of my mind.

The travel was from:

• 09-Nov-2017 to 13-Dec-2017

Will my PR application be rejected? Is there any chance that I can rectify the mistake I did?
I am in a panic mode right now.
I am open to any suggestions, Please any suggestion will be appreciated. Is there a way to fix the mistake?

I am a student in USA. There is a stamp of re-entry to USA, will that cause any problem in further process?

Relax no need to panic, things like this can happen. Simply use the below link to add the additional data and explain to IRCC that you had completely forgotten it earlier.

Thanks, so once I submit the request what are next steps to be taken. I am planning to write up the enquiry box as follows:

I [full name] [applicationNo]have submitted the Canadian Permanent Residence application. I would like to add additional information, this is in regards to my travel information. I am currently residing in Unites States of America(USA). I had forgotten to add a travel from USA to India on dates 09-Nov-2017 to 13-Dec-2017. Please give me an opportunity to update this travel information in the travel history section. .

Is this good enough for the enquiry field?
Will they ask to provide a proof? Will this affect any decision making in my PR process?

You are misinformed and have zero clue. I haven't put one entry of travel between usa and india even though I took like 10 trips and got my PR. As long as the address history covers the first entry it should be fine.
Many in this forum have done the same.

Yes, there is still an ambiguity where, few say we have to mention all the travel if our passport has stamps, I have got stamps on the passport for this travel, so I am still unaware of how serious the situation can be down the line.
